What makes a hammam hygienic?
The treatment room and contact surfaces should be cleaned between appointments. Textiles are fresh for each client and products are handled without unnecessarily contaminating packaging or stock.
Men's Bodyland uses an individual room, avoiding shared use with other visitors during your appointment. Professional cleaning remains essential.

Experience from the private hammam room
First-time visitors mainly ask about privacy, clothing and exactly which areas are touched. We therefore explain every next step and agree treatment areas beforehand. The individual room lets us adjust heat, exfoliation and pace immediately.
Stronger exfoliation is not automatically better. Recently shaved, sensitive or irritated skin is treated more gently or skipped. Heat is reduced or stopped as soon as someone feels dizzy or uncomfortable.

How hammam works
- We first explain which parts your treatment includes: steam, scrub, foam, ghassoul or soap bag massage.
- Your body then warms up in the single-person steam room.
- The treatment is built up calmly with water, scrub and care.
- Afterwards you get time to cool down and advice about hydration, skin rest and combining with other treatments.
