How do I contact Bodyland?
A text message via WhatsApp, email or SMS works best. Because we are often in treatment, answering the phone can be difficult.
What are the Bodyland opening hours?
We work by appointment only. Monday and Friday 10:00 - 18:00, Tuesday and Thursday 12:00 - 20:00, Saturday 10:00 - 17:00.
Is it easy to park at Bodyland?
Yes, usually right in front of the door. Paid parking applies.
I have difficulty walking, is this a problem?
You must be able to walk down and up a flight of stairs to reach the salon.
Is there a minimum age?
There is no age restriction. For minors, we may ask whether a parent comes along.
How can I pay at Bodyland?
We send an invoice with a payment request to your email. Cash is also possible.
Does Bodyland also have gift cards?
Yes, there is a wide selection of vouchers online on the booking page.
Bookings
Do I have to book in advance?
Yes, treatments must be booked in advance through the online calendar or by contacting us first.
Do I have to pay online?
You may pay online. If you come for the first time, advance payment is expected to reduce no-shows.
Can I change my booking?
Yes, if this is on time according to the terms and conditions. Send the change via the contact form, phone or WhatsApp.
Can I cancel my reservation?
Yes, if this is on time according to the terms and conditions. You will be notified once it is out of the calendar.
Do I have to create an account when I make a reservation?
No, you can continue without an account in the booking module.
Treatments
Are treatments reimbursed by a health insurer?
No, our treatments are not reimbursed.
Can I choose my practitioner?
That depends on the treatment. Many treatments have one practitioner, for others you are free to choose.
Is there the possibility to shower?
Yes, please indicate this in advance.
Is anamnesis required for treatment?
For certain treatments you will receive this automatically so we have the right health information.
Are there also erotic treatments?
No, our work is not erotic or sexual.
Hammam
Am I naked during the treatment?
By default you are naked because it is a cleansing ritual with soap and water. Small swimming trunks are possible, large swimming shorts are not.
Is the specialist also naked?
No, your practitioner wears a pestemal.
How hot is it in the hammam?
The temperature is between 32 and 38 degrees. The hammam table itself is around 40 degrees.
What kind of space is your hammam?
It is a single room heated with steam.
Can we have a hammam at the same time?
No, the hammam is for one person at a time.
Can the hammam also be rented?
No, it is only for treatments by Bodyland.
